NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Virginia Code §§ 15.2-2204 and 15.2-2285, the Radford City Council will hold a public hearing on February 13, 2023 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the City Municipal Building, 10 Robertson Street, Radford, VA 24141.
The purpose of the public hearing will be to receive public comment concerning the application filed by Jeffrey Stump to rezone Tax Parcel Nos. 26-(1)-14 and 26-(1)-15, consisting of a total of 10.628 acres, off of Lovely Mount Drive in the City of Radford, Virginia. The request is to rezone the property from R-3 Single-Family Residential to R-4 Multi-Family Residential for the development of townhomes. The general usage and density range of the proposed amendment is medium to high density residential development. The general usage and density range of the property as set forth in the City's comprehensive plan is low density residential use.
