· Have you tested positive for COVID-19 or been around anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19?
· Have you or anyone in your household had a fever in the past 3 days?
· Are you or anyone else in your household experiencing shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, or coughing that is unrelated to any diagnosed medical conditions (ie allergies).
Once scheduled, patrons will be required to wear masks covering their mouth and nose while in the library. Staff are also required to wear masks within the library. Temperatures will be checked with an infrared thermometer upon entering the building and must be lower than 100.4° Fahrenheit for admittance.
