Panel To Panel: Exploring Difficult Themes in Graphic Novels

Tuesday, March 28, 2023

Panelists from Radford University led by Dr. Michele Ren will discuss the ways in which graphic novels are complex learning opportunities from which dangerous and difficult themes can be considered. Whether or not you are an avid reader of graphic novels, you will find this to be a compelling discussion. Light refreshments will be served, and two lucky winners will go home with graphic novel adaptations of Octavia Butler's 'Parable of the Sower' or 'Kindred'.
