Join the Kelly McCoy of "The Whole You" and Alex Bowman from "Embark Pediatric and Family Chiropractic" for a children's yoga class! Relax and learn mindfulness techniques at the library. If possible, please bring your own yoga mat. Registration is required and space is limited! Call the library at 540-731-2621 or email Morgan at morgan.esterhuizen@radfordva.gov to register.
