Let’s Dance! We have both Morning & Evening Zumba classes. Morning Zumba is held on Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 9:45am-10:30am. Evening Zumba is held on Monday, Wednesday & Thursday from 6:30pm-7:30pm.
Pound Fitness Classesare held Monday and Wednesday from 5:30pm-6:15pm. First class always free.
Strong by Zumba - Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. Thursdays 6:30am-7:00am.
