Morning Zumba

Morning Zumba - A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. This Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo.
